Keswick Bikes are a fully approved Shimano Service Centre with over 25 years experience in all aspects of cycle repair. Our technicians are qualified to service and repair all types of cycles as well as eBikes for which we are Bosch certified.
It is best to call us on 017687 75202/73355 to discuss your requirements before we book workshop time for you as this will ensure that we can have your bike back to you as swiftly as possible, usually on the same day. To provide you with an accurate idea of the cost we will need to see your bike prior to commencing the service work.
We would appreciate cycles brought in for servicing are clean.
Any cycle that is excessively dirty and requires our technicians to clean them may incur an extra charge. This is for the health and safety of our staff.
Workshop and Service Charges
Hourly Charge - £40.00 (all prices inclusive of VAT)
This is our workshop hourly charge (charged per hour or part thereof) for all jobs such as wheel building, brake bleeds, headset fitting, bottom bracket fitting, pivot kits, etc…
Minimum Charge - £12.00
For all minor repairs and adjustments, such as fixing a puncture, replacing a gear cable, indexing gears, brake adjustment etc…

Suspension Servicing
We can service for your forks, shock or dropper seat post using. We have a large range of seal kits, bushes, and bearings for the major suspension manufacturers available off the shelf and for those items that we might not have in stock, we have the connections to get you them as soon as possible.
